What to bring: Yoga mat (if you have one), small towel, water and a sense of adventure. Anahata is equipped with mats, blankets, cushions, bolsters, blocks and other Yoga props that may assist your practice.

Anahata Yoga Temple offers a diverse range of daytime and evening Yoga classes in Eumundi and is one of the Sunshine Coasts leading yoga schools.
Yoga Classes are taught by Donna Thordarson, a highly experienced teacher, who has developed a unique style of Vinyasa Yoga. Grateful for her diverse training with a vast range of incredible knowledgeable teachers - including extensive training with her most current teachers/mentors, Shiva Rae & Twee Merrigan - Modules covered include: Prana Flow, Fluid Power, Embodying the Flow, Energetic Alignment, Chakra Vinyasa, and recently Body as Temple Teacher Intensive, in Kerala, India.
Anahata classes are a flowing Vinyasa style of Yoga, encouraging all movements to be led by the current of the breath. This invokes a practice that is energizing, rejuvenating & calming.
Low to Medium level intermediate
Suitable for students with a general level of fitness and ready to embrace a satisfying deep stretch & tone, in body, mind & breath. Class concludes with a well earnt 10 minute Savasana (deep relaxation).
Medium to High level intermediate
A more Dynamic flowing Class, suited to those who have a regular Yoga practice and a moderate fitness level. Strengthening Vinyasa sequences to cultivate a deeper immersion into your Yoga journey. Class concludes with a well earnt 10 minute Savasana (deep relaxation).
Beginners/Gentle stretch
A class suitable for all age groups & designed specifically to the needs of beginners and those choosing to indulge in a gentle stretch. Learn simple breathing techniques. Stretch, tone & strengthen safely. Class concludes with a deep relaxation
Restorative Yoga Class
Held on the last Wednesday of every month.

A slow restorative yoga practice to open the body while giving the nervous system a chance to unwind. Re-energize without using up your energy. Reduce muscle tension & improve circulation through supportive restorative postures. A profound healing practice held in a supportive nurturing environment. This practice is suitable to all age groups and all fitness levels. Dress in warm comfy clothes (PJ's) & socks. Bring a pillow and lightweight (warm) blanket.
